Arm reliquary, ca. 900-1120, collection Münster Cathedral treasure, photo by Stephan Kube

The Münster Cathedral has stored stunning treasures for centuries. Ever since the Middle Ages, objects made from gold and silver, precious stones and exotic materials have been brought here from across the world to be stored together. Unlike the treasures in the Dom Tower, these treasures have survived war, disaster and the iconoclast. Now, for the first time in history, they will leave the treasure room in Münster and shine and dazzle in the Catharijneconvent Museum.
