The son of guitarist Ali Farka Touré (1939-2006) has already released eight studio albums, and in 2022, he even released two records. On the first one, “Les Racines,” his bluesy guitar playing reaches meditative heights – The Volkskrant even called it ‘his most beautiful album to date.’ Then came the album “Ali,” on which he reinterprets his father’s work with the Texan band Khruangbin.
