The horse of Jenin

The horse is an Arabic symbol of freedom and keeps recurring in the life of Troupe Courage actor Alaa Shehada (Jenin/Palestine). In his hometown stands a statue of a horse, several meters high. It represents resistance and resilience, it is the pride of Jenin. When an Israeli bulldozer removes the statue, Alaa wonders: What happened to the horse? From fragments of memories, Alaa builds a new horse, with a huge dose of humor and imagination.
