Het Danspaleis is an old-fashioned cosy dance party for the elderly and everyone who loves to swing. The Dance Palace’s mission is to keep all elderly people in the Netherlands vital and happy. Music is a magical way to bring people together and get them moving. The Record-Drawer (PD) pulls old crackers from the suitcase of stars of yesteryear, such as Johnny Hoes, Louis Prima, Lieve Hugo and Doris Day. From sing-along to tearjerker, from merengue to English waltz and from polonaise to rock “n” roll: with Het Danspaleis it is always ball.
