On International Women’s Day, EKKO, in collaboration with Utrecht-based filmmaker and curator Bibi Bannink, pays tribute to the power of flinta people in punk. Last year saw the first edition, and since then, Girls to the Front has made great strides, with multiple tours across the Netherlands and a collaboration with the festival Wilde Weide. Alongside a musical lineup, there will be a zine release and a panel talk featuring various feminist organizations. Expect an evening full of raw energy, inspiring art, and performances by BOMBSTRAP, Hondenfokker, Ontaard, and SNACKBAR.
