‘NACHTWACHT’ is a typical NITE performance: energetic, musical and hyper topical. Jack Wouterse is back at NITE after the successful ‘Salam’, in a pitch-black, funny and deeply sad piece about themes such as family, emancipation and authority. In a care institution, the completed life of an old man is extended. His family members visit occasionally, lonely individuals who keep each other at a distance. 

Guy Weizman directs a cast of over twenty musicians, dancers and actors in a family tragedy about small, personal and recognizable moments.
