Three lads from Essex-based Bilk deliver a no-nonsense blend of gritty garage rock and high-octane indie rock. Fronted by singer and guitarist Sol Abrahams, with Luke Hare on bass and Harry Gray on drums, the band tackles themes like partying, love, growing up, and life in modern-day Britain. Their live shows are a relentless blast of raw energy — think rap-like vocals, guitar-driven hooks, and pounding verses. With their latest second album Essex, Drugs and Rock and Roll, Bilk drops a loud, unpolished love letter to British youth culture, which they’re taking across Europe this fall on their first headline tour.
