Waterside wharves Utrecht is in a constant state of flux, but luckily, some things never change. The waterside wharves in the city centre are still lined with friendly terraces where you can sit and enjoy a sunny morning or afternoon. In 1980, these people were sitting in the sun outside the Foo coffee bar, which was based in one of the wharf cellars on Vismarkt.
