Inspired by both classical and contemporary folk artists, supported by dreamy soundscapes, the musical journey of the Dutch/Surinamese artist began after a disappointing experience with piano lessons, initially leading her to decide never to pursue music again. This changed when she heard the song ‘Old Pine’ by Ben Howard; it inspired her to learn to play the guitar and start writing her own songs. She is currently working on her debut album, has performed as a support act for HAEVN, The Slow Show, and SYML, and was recognized as a 3voor12 talent for the Popronde 2022 and 3FM talent. Leading up to the release, she is touring the Netherlands, making a promising stop at EKKO.
