1980s, Riparbella on the Tyrrhenian Sea. Everyone has their own Chimera, something they try to achieve but can never find. The grave robbers of the Tombaroli gang hunt for easy wealth by stealing Etruscan relics. Arthur joins them, trying to fill the void he feels since losing his great love, Beniamina.
