Before the Nataraj Party kicks off, we’ll dedicate an hour to create a Play Ground – a space and time to explore how moving with awareness can both deepen and expand our dance. Each time we will play with a different theme, for example: How do you move with a partner without losing yourself? What type of awareness nourishes authentic movement? How can we release and enter a trance state? The Play Ground is guided by Tom or Léon, two experienced movement facilitators who love to help people connect more deeply with their bodies and discover new pathways of moving alone and together. It’s all infused with humor and creativity.
