The program includes the renowned Church Marathon, family concerts, Apple Pie Concerts, and walking concerts, with performances by top musicians and emerging talent at unique locations in Utrecht. This year, the “Rhythm of the World” section will have a curator for the first time: city composer Nawras Altaky, who wrote a new work especially for the festival, which will be performed in its world premiere. Another notable feature is the ample opportunity for young top talent. And this year, a special Festival Orchestra will be formed to perform Vivaldi’s Four Seasons.
