Nataraj is op zaterdag 29 maart terug in Cloud Nine!

19:30 PLAY GROUND
The Play Ground is open! Before the Nataraj Party kicks off, we’ll dedicate an hour to create a Play Ground – a space and time to explore how moving with awareness can both deepen and expand our dance. Each time we will play with a different theme, for example: How do you move with a partner without losing yourself? What type of awareness nourishes authentic movement? How can we release and enter a trance state?

The Play Ground is guided by Tom or Léon, two experienced movement facilitators who love to help people connect more deeply with their bodies and discover new pathways of moving alone and together. It’s all infused with humor and creativity. So, kick off your Nataraj Party with a playful spirit and a grounded body.

20:30 NATARAJ PARTY
Nataraj is het feest voor de vrije geest. Iedereen is welkom, of je nou met vrienden komt of helemaal in je uppie. De sfeer is open en nieuwe vrienden zijn zo gemaakt. Maar niets moet. Je kan ook lekker de hele avond met je ogen dicht genieten van de muziek.

BLOTE VOETEN
We dansen op blote voeten en vinden dit juist heel normaal. We doen niet aan regels behalve dat je de vrijheid van een ander respecteert. Eigenlijk gaat dat altijd goed. De avond opent meestal met een inspirerende spreker, een concert of een leuke workshop.
